Sir Norman Wisdom

Imagine for a second that your Father is Sir Norman Wisdom and your father has a problem that can not be cured but the only way forward is to care for him, that's the position that Normans Family have found themselves in.

A lot of people have asked why Norman can’t be cared for at his own home with 24hr care, but imagine an environment that is not possibly safe for Norman but could cause any number of issues regarding his safety – trying to ensure Norman’s safety would be impossible and realistically without doubt is not the best way to care for him.

Sir Norman Wisdom for many years has been so lucky and as he says “He’s one lucky little devil”, his health has remained steady along with his mental health until now - The Wisdom family are on a journey to ensure that Norman lives out his remaining days with dignity and ensure he remains safe in an environment to give him the care and attention he so strongly deserves.

The Wisdoms should be proud that they have made the correct choice and the public fully back them in every way, and give them love and support to help carry on caring for Norman.

Certain aspects of the BBC Documentary made Norman appear to be fine and this is how the family wanted the Public to remember Norman, a lot of footage had been removed from the Documentary to ensure we see Norman Fit and Well, But what we did not see is how the Illness is starting to grab hold.

Some days Norman can not remember being famous, he is shown footage on a TV screen and Norman is not aware to who is on the screen, this is a cruel illness that takes away memories - Norman Is over 90 Years old and should be rewarded with retirement and best wish's for him and his family, If we are true Wisdom Fans then this should include everyone in Normans Family.

Everyone can make there minds to believe what they want to believe, everyone has a right to there view but a view must be the truth and understanding, its easy for someone to say they should have done that or done this but this is a real world and people only have 1 choice, Everyone should respect this choice and live with it.

We will finish with certain aspects of news that recently made a few points regarding Norman, it had been said that No visitors were allowed to visit Norman, This is infact not true - Norman is allowed visitors and many have been to see Norman, Many other stories had been said but none of this is true what so ever, virtually everything negative is total and utter lies.

The conclusion to this story is that everyone has something to say on how to care for Norman Wisdom, he really is safe and being cared for in every possible way, the love from his family have ensured that Norman has lived as long as he has and will continue to do so for many more years, It’s time we allow Norman to live out his days in piece with his family and friends and we celebrate the time he made us all laugh and the times he made us all cry, the truth and understanding that Norman is really happy and could not ask for a better family.
